Policies

To secure your photography session with Cuffee House Media, the following booking and payment terms apply:

Commercial Photography

100% of the payment is required at the time of booking.

Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.

Lifestyle Photography

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled session. If the balance is not received by the 48-hour deadline, your session will be canceled without refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that Cuffee House Media cancels the session.

If the client cancels for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients are allowed one reschedule without penalty if notice is given at least 72 hours before the session. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours in advance may require a new deposit to secure a new date. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking date, based on availability. In the event that Cuffee House Media must reschedule, the deposit will be transferred to a new date or fully refunded upon request.

Travel Fees

Travel is included for sessions within the Triad area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, NC).

For locations outside the Triad, a travel fee will apply based on distance and time. Travel fees must be paid in advance and will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

Gallery Turnaround

Final edited galleries will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of the session date.
